* All airport pick up’s are subject to parking charges in addition to the fare.

* All airport collections are subject to 50 minutes waiting time free of charge from the landing time.

* After the first 60 minutes waiting time will apply at £18¬ per hour.

* If we pick up from any local Address the driver will wait up to 5-10 minutes after the time booking was made for, if we were unable to contact passenger (ringing the door bell and calling the contact phone number), we will pull the driver away and the passenger will be responsible for full cost.

* Increased charges will apply over the Christmas and New Year period. From 18.00 24th December to 02.00 27th December and 18.00 31st December to 02.00 2nd January. Please check with the booking office for more details.

* There might be additional charges if the passenger has to make a stop during journey (minimum £5) or any other diversion on the way.

* Access Cars does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights or trains for whatever reason including traffic delays, breakdowns, severe weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.

* Access Cars can only advise an approximate travel time and the passenger must leave sufficient time to arrive at all destinations. The passenger is responsible for leaving time for any unexpected delays.

* A ‘Call Out’ fee is payable by the customer if a booking is not cancelled in sufficient time and the driver arrives at the ‘pick up’ point.

* Please note calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

* A Soilage Charge of £60¬ is payable by the passenger if the driver’s interior or exterior is soiled resulting in the vehicle having to be taken off the road for a valet.

* Access Cars is a booking agency and we act as agents for the drivers (the principles) and therefore if you require a receipt for your journey, we must advise you that drivers are self-employed and not VAT registered. Therefore, any receipt given for cash does not include VAT.

* Any card payments made are payable to Access Cars who are VAT registered so VAT will be added. Access Cars can provide full VAT invoices where this is the case
